You may use the Hub solely for legitimate business purposes in your capacity as an authorised team member. You agree not to:
All Hub content, analyses, frameworks, methodologies, and software are the intellectual property of Omni Cyber Solutions LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access the Hub for authorised purposes during the active subscription period.
The Client, as the subscribing organisation, receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Hub and use its intelligence outputs during the active subscription period. This licence covers authorised use of Hub outputs for the Client's internal business purposes only. Upon subscription termination, all access rights cease and any exported Hub content may no longer be used, distributed, or relied upon for ongoing commercial purposes.
The Hub uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses, assessments, and recommendations. All AI-generated content is advisory only. OCS makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for independently verifying material information before acting upon it.
OCS and the Client reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, your employment or engagement with the Client ends, or access is no longer required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Hub.
OCS reserves the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Hub or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
